A very helpful video. I didn’t use a VR headset but dragged the video on an iPhone (augmented reality style) and it worked very well!
Thank you for making this educational resource.
    Simple, succinct and very helpful.

It’s a 360 camera so you are supposed to watch in a VR headset for the desired view

With the high frequency ventilation using the Maestro, how does is barotrauma prevented given so little time for passive recoil of the lungs? Would it be safer to drop the pressure to minimum (say 0.5 bar) and decrease the frequency? And is 1 bar pressure here = 250ml/second?

I abandoned watching this. Firstly, the people in the clip made no attempt to speak clearly. Whatever your accent is, you can try harder to make this listenable to a large audience by speaking slower and enunciating better. Secondly, it was immediately clear and embarrassing how you didn't know where your equipment was. Personally I would take this clip down and try again.
If you claim this to be an educational video for anaesthetists around your country and the world I would recommend setting a higher standard.

a free educational resource to try to understand how 360 VR video capture can be used in medical education from a senior anaethatist at Queen Vistoria Hospital East Grinstead, accent British English, now leading to a dedicted reource with in 360 mutliple camera angle streaming platform set up and with development of True VR with haptics for assessment in BLS, ALS and ATLS, assume you medical and understand these acronyms, so the clip has achieved exactly what was intended, fund research to better understand utility of VR
