Please tell me, is it possible to use this one device as two mono devices, if you remove the potentiometers and divide them into single ones, making eight instead of four? Will the two channels be regulated separately? Does the tone control work for each channel separately?
Yes, stereo is two separate mono. But, since the same IC NE5532 is for both channels, is possible very quiet sounds crossover from one channel to the other.
The line MUST be cuted in two places, before and after the electrolytic capacitor. Use an ohmmeter to measure whether it is properly cuted. There may be very little left in the connection and you cannot see it. It is best to measure on the marked resistor and capacitor shown in the video. They should not be shorted anymore. Pins 4 on both circuits must be connected and soldered carefully so that there is no other connection from the tin during the soldering itself. If you have not tried to repair anything before, it should work immediately. If you have tried other methods, I do not exclude the possibility that one of the two ICs is damaged, and maybe both. You will have to put new ones to be sure.
@@bmelectronicyes, i checked again with a meter and its properly cut. i ve also connected the pin 4 of both ICs, still there is no output. I think, will need to replace the ic. Grateful, if u can suggest method to check the IC whether they are ok... thanks again
@@bmelectronic Yes, I was thinking the same, so have ordered another same board as also two each of NE5532 IC and 2 each of JRC NJM 5532 (High performance low noise Dual operational amp IC ( Wondering whther these IC would work on this board?;) hope should have them by weekend. Will let you know..... Thanks a lot
This method perfectly works. I'm so glad, thank you sir🤩💯💯💯🤩
Method perfectly works.thank you!!!!
Its worked.. Thank you..😊
Noise issue largely reduced after shorting Pin 4 of both ICs .... Thanks 👍
Noise issues aiive karke dak liya bherve thik nahe horaha hee
@@soubhagyabanerjee6654 kya awaz nahi aa rahi, toh ne5532 ic ko change karo. Possible I C not working
Спасибо!

Yes it will control each channel separately if you use single gang potentiometer instead of the dual gang stereo potentiometer
Perfect now it is working 💯💯💯💯👍
Sorry, did not work for me. i had the exact problem. I still don't have a output.

@bmelectronic ok, thanks will check again with the meter. No i have not done any previous work, just now saw your video and was having same issue...

@@SachinSawhney Unfortunately, there is no simple method to check. You have to put them on another working board and see if they work there.
