Pretty sure he is the only guy who played for a single team for 20 years and make the playoffs all those years.
I grew up idolizing Ray Bourque and didn't see much of this guy back then, but I am convinced that he was just as good
thank you so much for the upload
What a legend, it's been odd watching the Red Wings play without him this year.
🐐
Sooo goood
he looked about 16 in that first photo of him as a kid. stupid handsome lidstrom..
The Perfect Human will be missed.
...has no one even close to this man's overall career excellence on D.
How can you screw up the sound in every single upload?
Imagine Vladimir stayed healthy. ?
I think only Bobby Orr was better. And that's good company.
judge sim you obviously have not watched much Bruins & Orr film from back then. His defense was actually ridiculous (in a good way). It is a common assumption from hockey fans of other teams that Orr could not play D simply because of the incredible point totals. I think his lifetime plus/minus was around +475
Lance Milliken it’s even higher 582 ! I had to look it up and lidstrom isn’t til 8th
i-di-ot
The Red Wings drafted Nick and Fedorov in the same year, insane.
And Konstantinov
