If your looking at rust reformer... check your local Walmart. When I was cleaning up my frame on the stepside, I purchased probably four cans from advanced for $9 each when I could’ve gotten it at Walmart for $6.
The dimple is for the flat side of a tire iron and the whole tube spins iirc. Also they like so corrode up tight inside if it hasn't been used in forever
