오늘(2022. 1. 19)부터 입주를 시작하는 신축 아파트 e편한세상광진그랜드파크 아파트단지를 둘러봅니다. e편한세상광진그랜드파크 아파트는 서울시 광진구 구의동 673번지 일대에 위치하고 있으며 지하철 7호선 어린이대공원역에서 도보 5분내에 위치한 역세권 아파트입니다. 단지 바로 옆에 서울구의초등학교와 구의중학교, 그리고 건국대학교가 위치해 있는 학세권 아파트로써, 총 11개동 730가구로 구성된 아파트단지입니다.
We walk around a new apartment complex in Seoul, Korea. As the name of apartment is e-Pyeonansesang Gwangjin Grand Park, it was constructed by DL Construction. The apartment was recently completed construction, so residents started moving in the apartment from today Jan. 19, 2022. It takes around 5 minutes from the apartment complex to Children's Grand Park Subway Station, Line 7. This complex is consisted of totally 730 households with 11 buildings. We will be able to make out on a popular residential trend of new apartment in Korea these days by looking around the apartment complex.
