Having listed thousands of houses for over 25 years, I would like to see two additional services from video and photo guys/gals: - promotion and marketing of the video, pictures and listing. - a measuring service to save me the time to measure and figure out the square footage. if they could do all the listing paperwork stuff that would be even better. - there are a number of other things - just need to ask the agents. signs/lockboxes/single property websites ... the list goes on. The agent just wants the house SOLD!!!! Great job! Have a great day!
This is all great advice for the agents point of view! I’ve considered having all of these as a service to my business. As for measuring service, we do 2D floor plans that give room measurements!

I am not talking furniture etc. Just removing crap from fridges, towels from ovens, toilet seats down, lights on, dog & cat bowls removed, garbage cans removed. Simple stuff that agents do not do. Love the videos so far man. Would love to see your pricing breakdown. Most of my homes I shoot are under $300k but getting them to do anything more than photos for $150 is tough. Unless it’s over $500k they rarely considering adding drone for another $90
Yeah I could make a pricing breakdown video! I think that would help people out for sure. And upselling is all in how you word it. you have to be a problem solver, not a salesman! I've got some videos coming soon explaining how to upsell better, so stay tuned for that!

How are floor plans made? Is there an easy way to make them? Or is it tedious and you measure and record the dimensions of every wall?
Super easy! I use Cubicasa as my floor plan software. Takes 5 minutes AND it’s free!
