Just some fun fact :) Arborescent is the word used for philodendrons like the Prince of Orange, Black Cardinal and Rojo Congo. Because they typically have an upright growth habit like a tree. Though, agreed, some of those like Pink Princess would start trailing if they didn't have anything to grow up and root on. And Selloum has now been reclassified into Thaumatophyllum.

I rather use perlite size,pumice seem to be on the big size for indoor plants preferably,I found he was little bit off

To make your plants even healthier especially with those small pots, you can try "Air pruning" by adding some holes at the sides. Thank me later.
