I love the duality of this podcast. One week it’s just two besties giggling about space together and the next its the most thought provoking discussions with geniuses
this episode was soo fuckin sick. i was *aware* of darragh before this, but. he's such a good guest, more interesting than i expected. and i loved the little game there at the end, blobs are so interesting :) great pod boys!! (+ yeah, the rovers dying is so sad. idk its like an old cat dying its tragic i miss you curiousity rover)
Listening to Darragh’s more optimistic outlook on AI was actually really comforting for me ahaha. I’m currently doing my masters in library and information science and AI is a huge topic that’s brought up constantly on how it could impact the future of librarianship and information management (and not necessarily in positive ways). Instead of stressing I’m gonna now try think about a lovely three day work week lol hahahah
I am so so glad Darragh touched on many much-needed topics that need to be discussed, I love how he touched on how the science education system needs to change and the impact of living forever. Plus as a university student, I am so glad someone academic as him can see and understand that AI does not replace education and people , it is a tool to help you. Genuinely incredible episode!!!
This episode has changed my life. Crossover of the century, as significant as the moon landing, as glorious as the dawn of man. I am in awe. My soul has been conquered.
this was genuinely the most interesting episode you've put out to date! it was so valuable hearing from someone in academia who values the ideas and fresh perspective of younger people, very encouraging to hear as someone in an industry sometimes over represented by older people
Such a good episode!! Thanks Bach and Arthur, for re-sparking my love for learning! :) As a creative who’s always been curious about how and why everything in the world works, you’ve made me feel empowered and more open to exploring topics I used to find intimidating. I didn’t have the best teachers and struggled with learning in school - I’m 21 now, but I don’t feel that way with you guys. I just finished Bach's book recommendation, Sapiens, and really enjoyed it and I’m keen for more recommendations :) Keep up the great work
I love Darragh. My grandad was an anaesthesiologist aged 72 and his colleagues said he was making mistakes (I can imagine that this was true). He accused them of ageism and won $10k in court in the States. I know how the egos of those in the scientific community can be, so Darragh speaking out like this is brilliant.
this episode was so fun!! it was very cool listening to how Darragh feels about AI, and how iq tests aren’t an accurate way to test one’s intelligence but all exams and tests are like that, not all people can do well and they’re usually just testing how the student or person feel/remember on that day cause there’s so many factors that can effect the results like being sick or anxious.
I think it’s insane the amount of money that people have to spend to access their insulin considering the patent was sold for literally a dollar to try to make it as accessible as possible for people
Top tier episode! Great guest and great interviewing skills. You both asked good questions, let him do most of the talking but still added a lot to the conversation and I love that you included him in the match the headline game. The dichotomy between seriousness and goofiness on this podcast makes it one of my all time favorites!! ❤
literally the best pod ever, who else has this kind of duality, they bring us everything to the table, you can get it all here at the bach and arthur podcast !!!!😎
I think he’s so right about not giving your date of birth out!! Like I grew up in the nice middle ground of getting more internet and social media coming up and the rule that we were repeatedly given for internet safety was NO personal information! No full names on our Piczo and no specific locations as to where you live and people now give EVERYTHING out on the internet!
Would love to see your guys take on ‘bio-hacking’ - people trying to beat aging with increasingly baffling things. As a doctor when I read about it they seem to poorly understand a medical concept and run with it. I have a lot of rage related to it. 😂
The magpie segment is so real, during my first trimester I kept seeing one magpie everywhere I went literally sent me into a spiral But on a more positive note lately whenever I’ve been out listening to the podcast I keep seeing two magpies (two for joy) so big up the Bach and Arthur podcast or whatever
Im so happy i got the travelling salesman reference I'm an alevel further maths student and its an algorithm we use to find the best route to get to lots of different places in the same journey w/o travelling to every single place and revisiting them all on the way back (thats really inefficient), so trying to take shortcuts for example taking a route to visit half of the places on the way there and take another route to visit the other half of places on your way back, really fun todo
7:58 im using Sporcle right now to do the same - I’ve got through Asia, Europe, South America and almost Africa. My memory is so bad but somehow i can remember this quite easily though i don’t know how id do just listing them in my head outloud. And i also want to learn all the flags!!
Can't believe i watched this fully, keep bringing such interesting ppl on. And unfortunately here in canada there is still huge monopoly in telecommunications. ):
Greetings from Poland 😋 It’s such a pleasure to listen and watch you guys. Thank you for making me cry with laughter (by playing horror games for example🤣) and also for the opportunity to learn new cool stuff from you! Keep it up and I hope you will visit Poland someday 🫡🩷
I feel like Arthur and Bach were trying so hard not to say any brain rot
I could FEEL Bach holding in a joke when Arthur said “renegade science teacher” lol
I love the duality of this podcast. One week it’s just two besties giggling about space together and the next its the most thought provoking discussions with geniuses
Having a chaser on is such an Arthur thing to do I love it
Ikrrr
Such a smartie
I love seeing them interact with new people like I’m watching my very own sea monkeys doing their own thing
I just KNOW that Bach was holding back a menstruation joke when Arthur mentioned “the blob”
😂😂😂
love how this podcast can just go from tiktok brain rot to serious topics, never know what we’re gonna get next episode 😭
darragh seems like such a grounded decent bloke it’s nice to see him more outside of the chase he seems like he’d be such a good friend
an INSANE collab, very proud of you two!!
1 HOUR AND 25 MINUTES WEVE BEEN BLESSED
Can confirm it’s magpie season in Australia and it’s terrifying. When they make their nest you cannot walk near them without getting attacked.
So true
this episode was soo fuckin sick. i was *aware* of darragh before this, but. he's such a good guest, more interesting than i expected. and i loved the little game there at the end, blobs are so interesting :) great pod boys!!

Bones is the coolest nickname
I love listening to this instead of studying for biology
That reminds me, I have a 2000 word biology assignment to be getting on with 🙆🏿♂️💀
@@emmanuelegwea3738 good luck 🫡
THE MENIS FROM THE CHASE ON BACH AND ARTHUR?? a crossover i didn’t know i needed
M-menis ? 😳
Darragh is so cute 😭 In love w that man and his big brain!
Such a good episode!! Thanks Bach and Arthur, for re-sparking my love for learning! :) As a creative who’s always been curious about how and why everything in the world works, you’ve made me feel empowered and more open to exploring topics I used to find intimidating. I can already tell that this is going to be my favourite episode
Bach is a real one saluting the magpies
I'm not from the UK and I wasnt expecting such a guest, I loooveeed this episode!!! So interesting
I love the dynamics of this podcast!!! Can listen over and over again and learn something new every time
I love Darragh. My grandad was an anaesthesiologist aged 72 and his colleagues said he was making mistakes (I can imagine that this was true). This pod was so fascinating, I love learning new things, I wish I had somebody on standby like this to ask all my questions to
a crossover we didn't know we needed. SUCH a great episode lads
I’ve been having such a bad week (medical problems and such) so this episode really cheered me up:))))
new bach and arthur podcast this is the best day of my life
One of my favourite podcasts so far, so informative and interesting and genuinely kept me hooked the whole time. Absolutely smashing it fellas
Top tier episode! Great guest and great interviewing skills. The dichotomy between seriousness and goofiness on this podcast makes it one of my all time favorites!! ❤
never thought i would see this trio😂😭
love that i never know if the next episode is going to be serious or brainrot
Loving the unexpected collabs ❤ Bach and Arthur on the chase when?
As the news of Liam is still so raw as a fan of 14 yrs I have never needed a TH-cam video as a distraction more than this #restinpeaceliam
Genuinely so saddened by his passing
literally the best pod ever, who else has this kind of duality, they bring us everything to the table, you can get it all here at the bach and arthur podcast !!!!😎
watching this 6 southern comfort and lemonades deep xoxo
we love an unexpected collab!
bach and arthur bringing a chaser on is not something i thought id see but im here for it
this might be your best collab yet!!
Best pod yet, love how heavy on the science it was
The pipeline from not being able to think outside the box to hating organic chemistry is real and this guy demonstrated it so succinctly.
I think he’s so right about not giving your date of birth out!! Like I grew up in the nice middle ground of getting more internet and social media coming up and the rule that we were repeatedly given for internet safety was NO personal information! No full names on our Piczo and no specific locations as to where you live and people now give EVERYTHING out on the internet!
love him, love them, love this
The Irish accent is so weird to hear on this podcast even tho I’m Irish lol
Fr I’m used to their posh accents lmao
Felt that 😂
omg I LOVED this. I'm gonna read his book for sure

Great podcast, loved listening to you guys and Darragh Ennis
Would love to see your guys take on ‘bio-hacking’ - people trying to beat aging with increasingly baffling things. As a doctor when I read about it they seem to poorly understand a medical concept and run with it. I have a lot of rage related to it. 😂
Such a cool guest! Awesome episode :D
Omggggg was shocked when I saw Daragh! 😂 Love the chase
This is my favorite ep so far
The magpie segment is so real, during my first trimester I kept seeing one magpie everywhere I went literally sent me into a spiral
But on a more positive note lately whenever I’ve been out listening to the podcast I keep seeing two magpies (two for joy) so big up the Bach and Arthur podcast or whatever
Great episode, really interesting and educational while also being entertaining
This is the best podcast ive seen
It's such a coincidence, that after Arthur and Isaac's romantic trip to Italy they had to spend a lot of money to get their backdoors fixed as well.
THIS WAS AMAZING !!!
eating oatmeal and watching the podcast revives me (im supposed to be in school)
My favourite takeaway from this episode is that doing quizzes is a valid form of self development 🎉
He is on the chase?! This is gonna be the best podcast collab ever😅
Im so happy i got the travelling salesman reference I'm an alevel further maths student and its an algorithm we use to find the best route to get to lots of different places in the same journey w/o travelling to every single place and revisiting them all on the way back (thats really inefficient), so trying to take shortcuts for example taking a route to visit half of the places on the way there and take another route to visit the other half of places on your way back, really fun todo
thanks for this boys very interesting episode

ABSATOOTLY EXCELLET EPISODE PLS HAVE MKORE INTELLECTUALS ON MY BRAIN NEEDS THIS
7:58 im using Sporcle right now to do the same - I’ve got through Asia, Europe, South America and almost Africa. My memory is so bad but somehow i can remember this quite easily though i don’t know how id do just listing them in my head outloud. And i also want to learn all the flags!!
Amazing episode
I agree about his thoughts on IQ and IQ tests!
Darragh is the only person that can make Bach and Arthur seem uncharismatic. I mean that in the most complementary way possible.
why am i such a fangirl of the chase 😭😭😭
Can't believe i watched this fully, keep bringing such interesting ppl on. And unfortunately here in canada there is still huge monopoly in telecommunications. ):
Loved this!
i learn more from this podcast than from school i never show up to school anyway but still
Greetings from Poland 😋
It’s such a pleasure to listen and watch you guys. Thank you for making me cry with laughter (by playing horror games for example🤣) and also for the opportunity to learn new cool stuff from you!
Keep it up and I hope you will visit Poland someday 🫡🩷

No Darragh in the thumbnail! This is the opposite of clickbait

Gaelic football mention💪

the biggest crossover ever this is so important to me
A very interesting episode 🤯
LOVE YOU GUYS❤❤❤❤❤
It’s been so long since we’ve heard these kids
was literally sat thinking i feel like were due another bach and arthur podcast then saw this in my recommended:D
