Lay is one of my favorite artists (and dancers), but this latest album disappointed me a little. I loved most the ones in which he combined contemporary elements with sounds and images from Chinese cultural tradition in a masterful and original way. Instead I find the songs from the latest album, although pleasant, funny and well produced, not very original and too similar to a certain type of American mainstream pop.
