Hello Foodies...Vismai Food Came up authentic Andhra Style Chepala Pulusu|Fish pulusu. Our chepala pulsu method is so simple to make, even beginners and bachelors can make perfectly. And I am sharing you the special authentic Andhra style Fish masala powder. CHepa is Fish in Telugu. Chepala Pulusu is Quiet popular in Nellore, but that chepal pulusu is different from this method.
In this method, you will get thick Pulusu/Gravy. Majorly Chepalu/Fish cooked in tamarind Juice and with Homemade Fish masala powder and lots of Chili powder. Fish curry goes well with breakfast like Idli, Dosa, vada and steaming Rice.

Region region ki process marutu untundi. Uttara andhra(vizag, vzm) lo giner garlic paste ekkuva vadutaru, pulupu takkuva untadi(more like igguru). South ki vastune koddi ginger garlic vadakam takkuva untadi. Nellore, chittor lo aithe chepala pulusu lo ah paste vadane vadaru.
