@Joshua Payne Wardens are definitely mostly French inspired, though I can also see British and maybe German influence. Collies look like a cross between American, German, and Soviet soldiers.
Let's be honest.. The design team did a good job of creating fictional soldiers keeping the look and feel of the early 20th real world designs

i was at this event. someone was playing 1812 Overture when the artillery was raining hell on the Colies
I was also the one who brought the FMG when i asked .be happy and his friend (that they stole from the colies) to bring it to Blemish. that was fun to shoot.

I use to play the game when it first came out. So much fun. Man it looks different. I think I stayed up one night just making supply runs/making steel for the incoming battle
God I love Blemish, its such a fun town to fight in and blitz
This looks so fun, I was a warrant officer, Im afraid to come back to the game, because I comlpetely forgot everything, maybe I will learn a thing or two from videos like that, keep them up! : D

Yeah, it's the nasally entitled voice that really makes me cringe super hard. It's the exact voice you'd picture when thinking of some power-hungry discord admin, or anyone online who likes abusing the little power they have.

For a hot minute ive been wonder if I should get this game, I understand that's its a slow burner and honestly, I find the appeal in man an artillery nest or building fortifications more so then out right front line combat.
You should, with the new trenches update - you can basically set up a front line to your liking, create a forward base, or just secure the lines

@@xxhardcorexx6813 Far from it. There are simultaneous front lines happening almost always. It might look empty due to the sheer scale it operates on, but on weekend huge trench offensives happen that usually push one, and during weekdays a stalemate and small skirmishes often happen which could also change the course of the battle.

Is this game worth getting? I’ve heard mixed reviews, so I want to see if anyone here has an opinion either way
I've been playing it for 5 years, see most of the stuff ive ever uploaded.
You'll for sure find things wrong with the game or its mechanics but only after sinking 100-200 hours into it.
*note i did receive my copy for free, but i wouldn't play a 20$ game for 5 years if it wasn't in some ways good.

So if youre looking for a sale just pay attention to when updates occur (usually that when a sale will happen) but if you see 1.0 on the horizon buy it before then

honestly i'd look to your previous gaming experiences and determine that for yourself. i'm sure if you find a clan out on the field they'll let you join an operation to give you a feel for working in large groups before to go full on into a clan.

Yeah. Its a learning curve. It took me 9 hours of gameplay and watching youtube videos on how to do stuff to play well. Its a fun game once you got it down.

You can grid reference artillery?
New to the game?
No spoting is based off of angle and elevation(distance). You can get an azimuth and distance readout with binoculars and read it off to the artillery gunner.
EndorsedBryce no I know that. Using a spotter with distance and asizimuth is the only way I knew about
@@Yarkoonian If you're good at math, you can use the grids on the map to get the x and y in-game distances then do trigonometry, so you can call off a target without binocs. It will take awhile tho because you'll have to manually get the distance through trigonometry.
However, when your only targeting structures or campers, this would work very well. I did it once, and I was only innacurate for about 5 to 10 meters most likely because my estimations were a tad bit inaccurate.
Edit: As far as I know, each number/letter grid is 120m and each keypad grid is 30m. I may be wrong tho.

Is playing warden worth it? I’ve played colonial for the 40 hours I’ve played mixed with some zombies lately.
Warden has a lot more organised clans which is why it's so successful at wars currently but honestly play what side you enjoy, I prefer Colonial.
I once played as warden.. years ago.. then I join Colonial till now. Maybe colonial more freedom coz lots new player.. so its make so.chill..ppl not to serious about losing and have to follows certain rules.
I don't really know what's the difference, but I play Warden, cuz of limits. Idk why people prefer Collies.
P.S. I really like the style of the both sides.

Couple things. 1) 4 of my top 10 videos are 50+ minute long foxhole gameplays. 2) there are plenty of ARMA, Squad, Hell Let Loose etc videos that go well beyond an hour and Foxhole fits a similar niche of game style. So i kindly take your comment but reject its conclusion.

Shut up. I watched a 4 hour from HepingHans in 4 days and loved it! Downside is that once game updates rewatchability drops.
