Hi :) I believe that Aries have strong personality types, if you are meeting individuals that don't really communicate or level up to your personality it doesn't mean that don't like you, its just harder for them to feel comfortable around you because you are confident. My advise would be to listen as much as you can when talking with others and be mindful that sometimes you want to ask them more questions to have them feel like you are really interested in what they have to say, I do this trick a lot so I can make someone feel more comfortable around me when I meet someone for the first time :) Hope this helps!
