She became an alicorn because her mother is Twilight, her name is Twilleys Sparkle, her parents are Flash Sentry and Twilight. The rest IDK :P hope I helped :D
The logic between the cutie marks is kinda flawed. I mean isn't a cutie mark supposed to be a representation of a special talent that pony has. In other words why would their cutie marks be the combined combined cutie marks of their parents. Just an idea.

There you have it oh and pinkie and cheese are perfectly fine than again they are party buds which meh I don't care, anything else you want me to prove feel free.
