Yes work is just a means to an end 😊 Omg yes inversions are super tricky and my balance isn't great. I often go for yoga at my studio, and I'm too shy to reveal my yoga studio location HAHA sorry!!! 😅😅

Hey how are you enjoying Cambodia so far?? I’m sorry for the series of unhappy happenings at work, but you are right - you’re strong than this, so jiayou! Woo I had poke theory and stuff’d this week too haha trying to eat more healthily. Your channel is really taking off, and I’m sure there will be more sponsorships to come - but like you, I’m selective in my channel’s collaborations, so I think that’s the right way to steer your channel!

Jiayou, work can be very bad at times. sometimes my boss also expect me to learn smth fast and say things that are quite mean like cmi, ppl from other department can throw u off for no reason. But oh well life is more impt :)
YES agree with you on the last sentence! At the end of the day, work is... just work 😊 I hope your boss doesn't say that you are CMI?? That's pretty awful 😵
I agree that the comment about your dp was really unnecessary, especially if you don't have that kind of rapport with your boss. Hopefully the next work week treats you better. Can you share your overnight oats recipe? It always makes me hungry watching you eat it haha
Thank you for that sanity check 🥹🥲 I hope my work will be better next week too 💪🏻 I use Quaker Oats, Kellogg dark chocolate granola, chia seeds, chocolate oat milk as base. Depending on my mood/availability I may add cinnamon powder, kefir/yogurt, blueberries, jam or honey 😄 Enjoy!! Let me know if you eventually make it!!

I usually spend my Sundays to edit! And pockets of time during weekday nights 😅 it helps that I find editing fun and therapeutic ~ ✨
