Filmed by my brother Stephen probably in 1979 - Canvey Island annual carnival parade, filmed here again in the Hootons Area. Look out for the old Drapery building, Methodist Wifes Club, the Texaco Garage (Hootons), the Flood Siren, OK Coral, a Cortina, demolished Clockhouse, the old BikeShop, the old Library, Smallgains Corner , the Murco Garage, the Coop and the Sea Scouts. Background music is Beach Boys' Good Vibrations (alternate take).
