You've spoken about things that nobody does, but I wished you spent the time on how to deal with the stupid locking mechanism on the bottom of the buffer and the weakness of the handle that I have to weld many times.

What would you recommend to do when the machine won’t stand back up? We have tried having someone stand on the machine while putting it up but it won’t budge. Thanks, John

Hello! We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your floor buffer. We first recommend trying to adjust the handle level. If the machine is pushing to the left raise the handle ½ inch and it will move to the right. If the machine is pushing to the right, lower the handle ½ inch and it will go to the left. If this does not work, reach out to us and one of our trained technicians will be in touch: www.imperialdade.com/help-center/general-inquiries?pathname=/

When burnishing a epoxy black floor it sometimes leaves these 3D white lines & it comes from the middle part of the pad. Any suggestions ?

Hi! This typically means that the pad retainer is hitting the bottom of the floor. The pad retainer should be full tightened before use.

Thank you for the reminder. Sometimes when we are focusing on the lesson we intend to teach, another detail slips through the cracks. We would certainly recommending taking care with the machine and floor when handling the equipment.
