In most developing countries the Police is usually under the Prime Minister’s portfolio but throughout there has been a trend to have an independent and autonomous security force giving it a more authoritative and military approach set up. You may noticed that countries with military set ups have more political interventions and hence military coupe. Samoa should stay out of this trend Kiúsusū
