  • We have a lot of material to cover in this double Torah portion. We will discover what the human soul has in common with the oil in the menorah. We also discover a fascinating connection between the bronze laver and prophetic visions. And then we consider what the silver hooks in the Tabernacle's courtyard have to do with the making of a Torah scroll. But one of the most intriguing things we will look into is an enlarged letter in The Thirteen Attributes of Mercy that points directly to Yeshua. And last of all, we explore a fascinating connection between Exodus 40 and Numbers 9.

The insight about the mirrors spoke volumes to me. A word of warning about wolves in sheep's clothing: One of the ways this can manifest is when you encounter someone who becomes, in a sense, what you desire by reflecting that desire back to you. Discernment is key. Learn to discern what is real from the reflection/image. Thank you for your teachings. I am gleaning so much!

Thank you so much for your comment. And, yes, wolves are everywhere and we MUST be on our guard against their tactics.

    Hello Grant
Thank you for bringing the word to us. Thank you for making it come alive! This portion was sooo interesting. There is so much that goes missing if we dont know the Hebrew meanings.
    Blessings from South Africa

Sir! I loved this teaching today❣️ it spoke to me on so many levels and directions! Like being outside on a hill where you can see in all directions and get the “ big picture “. The number connection is also fascinating.
Also the part In Exodus 19:5 and the one in the Brit In John 10 are so special to me because that’s how I came to the Hebraic /Messianic movement frame of mind. A man came into Wednesday night study at the Church of Christ in Fort Davis , Tx where I was at Bible study and started talking about scripture in a different way that I had ever heard and some lights started coming on about some scriptures I had read and heard all my life but never quite understood and that was the beginning of my most important life journey of all.

Thank you for that, Peggy. Yes, it is a wonderful journey when the dots start to connect in the Bible!

Thank you so much for your teachings!
When you taught on "and the work"
Could the mentioned 3x refer to the foot festivals?
    1. Ex 36:7 the work... to do the work. Pesach Yeshua , completed work
    2. 1 Chron 29:1 the work is great.
Shavout the mount of God. The giving of Torah, the great work/ words
    3. Ezra 10:13 the work cannot be done. Putting away the pagan Gentile wives ( Balim/ Balak)
    Sukkot restoration of the Bride!
This flooded my mind as you were teaching. I may be way off, but it resonated with me!

Thank you always for your seasonings but” tabernacle of testimony“
Should be “ tabernacle of covenant” ….KJ put Tyndale to death for the correct word “ covenant” Hebrews 9:15-18 is not about testaments , but covenants . A testament does not require a sacrifice. ❤

Thank you, CK, for your insights. And what you say is true for Hebrews 9:15-18, but does not apply to Exodus 38:21 (which I sited in the teaching). For the passage to say "tabernacle of covenant", it would have to use the word ברית (brit) "covenant". But it uses the word עדות (eidut) "testimony". The exact phrase is משכן העדת (mishchan ha'eidut) "the tabernacle of testimony". I hope this clarifies!

What is coming to me is Revelation 12:17 and 14:12. They seem to make a distinction between the commandments/covenant of YHVH and the testimony of Yeshua, requiring both in order to be recognized as the "children of God" and the "saints".
