1. First thing is that no policy is issued about salary for these employees in this software. But yes, according to NLPS - there is transparent system for employees in attendant, payroll, EPFO, taxes, etc.
2. The State Government may, if it so desires, issue an Employees' Policy for the employees of the Co-operative Societies. Employees policy has been issued in other states but this government is not interested in this matter it is not only your question but it is also our question.
3. Computerization of packs has been decided because of the large amount of money common people have in these cooperative societies and the possibility of money laundering.
