sir why wont Vikas incur the fixed cost for the special order? we charge the FC for 10000 units to the price of the special order tshirts... is it because he recovers the entire FC from the 70000 units he sells?

Fixed cost is something like rent. You won't pay extra (or less) based on how many units you produce. 110 per unit was fixed based on 80,000 units. Which means that the total fixed cost is 88 lakhs. This number won't change even if you produce 1,00,000 units. So no additional fixed cost.
