Nice job! Welcome to TH-cam reacting. I’ve been a BABYMETAL fan since 2014, and was introduced to Electric Callboy a couple of months ago when the collaboration was hinted at.
They performed this twice live all together last weekend in Tokyo at FOX_FEST and it absolutely went off live. I was there in the mosh'sh pit and it was complete mayhem. The song is fun and they all looked like they were having the best time up there performing together. I won't be at all surprised if we get another collab in future given how well this one went. I'd never seen Electric Callboy prior to last weekend and didn't even really know their songs all that well, but in the space of a week I have become a fan. Great job on your first video. Very entertaining.
I was also at the 2016 BABYMETAL show in Chicago (Chicago Open Air). I call it Windgate, lol! The wind was blowing so hard that it was blowing BABYMETAL's backdrop into the drum set, forcing them to remove it and perform without their logo backdrop. I also got accidentally caught up in the most pit that formed the moment they started! That most pit was huuuuge!

These two amazing bands always deliver 🔥🔥🔥 and 😁😁😁 I sense that a BABYMETAL huge stage performance will feature more of Queen SU-METAL, MOAMETAL and MOMOMETAL. @IAMisLove It's possible that this is the "fox sign" given that this video has Babymetal in it but actually the sign of the bull horns (which is the same) is part of Metal since the early 19080ties. Hard to say if this is supposed BM's fox sign or the way more widely used Bull's Horns.

Hi, great reaction. Since you don't know them, here some info about Electric Callboy: They are a German Metalcore band formed in 2010 under the name "Eskimo Callboy" who take themselves not too serious and tend to create hilarious videos for their songs. After they learned that the word "Eskimo" can be seen as a derogatory name for Inuit and Yupik people of the Arctic they changed their name by replacing "Eskimo" with "Electric". The videos are almost all produced by the Schillo brothers (Pascal Schillo (Guitarist of the band) and his brother Oliver Schillo who own a video production company). Most of their songs are about partying and having a good time, but they have some more serious stuff in their catalogue also. They blend Metalcore with EDM, Techno, Pop and sometimes even Rap music which lead to their very unique style that is called "Partycore". There are two main vocalists in the band: Nico Sallach (clean vocals) and Kevin Ratajczak (harsh vocals) but both can do both vocal styles and back each other up if needed. Nico is a bit better with the cleans and Kevins harsh vocals are a bit better than Nicos. If you'd like to check them out I would recommend "Hypa Hypa" ,"We got the Moves", "Pump it", "Spaceman" or "Tekkno Train". For the more serious songs it would be "Hate/Love", "Parasite" or "Mindreader" .

The "push it to the limit" line it could be an homage to Scarface's movie, another post disco, dance rock song with some guitar elements. Another reference some reactors found was about breaking the wall with Aerosmith x Run DMC - Walk This Way MV, symbolism of breaking the boundaries with the music genres. Also one of the singers is holding up the cable with electricity during the breakdown is a reference to "The Cable Guy" movie. Btw when I saw the MV the first time i thought the second "Are you ready?" chorus was MomoMetal doing the backing growling but they didn't show that in the MV, although later fans spotted in the live version she was doing the backing growlings, so it was her after all. Love the euro trance elements mixed with metal, they also did it with Time Wave, one of my favorite BM song from latest album The Other One. @@ElyonDominus ik about that and also saw the interview Nick Nocturnal did with one of the EC singers, Nico iirc. When I did this comment probably the EC reaction wasn't released yet, nonetheless he said in the recent interview they didn't want the Fu Fu chorus at all, but after listening over and over it started to click and now it's even his favorite part of the song, he also said this was took from Japanese karaoke but that doesn't mean even Jpop culture took ideas from the west like they did so many times throughout the years but adding the kawaii culture in it.🦊🤘

I say this all as a BabyMetal fan and as someone who had no idea who EC was before yesterday.
@@ElyonDominus ik about that and also saw the interview Nick Nocturnal did with one of the EC singers, Nico iirc. When I did this comment probably the EC reaction wasn't released yet, nonetheless he said in the recent interview they didn't want the Fu Fu chorus at all, but after listening over and over it started to click and now it's even his favorite part of the song, he also said this was took from Japanese karaoke but that doesn't mean even Jpop culture took ideas from the west like they did so many times throughout the years but adding the kawaii culture in it.🦊🤘

you guys didn't hear momoko growls here?
I love her growls! Saw her do it LIVE at the Cleveland concert last year during her Metali part, and we were blown away!
