Great to see Mike here
I really like this detailed content because in the body no matter what you take it it has to be converted to EPA and DHA so getting a direct supplement that contains both is very beneficial as opposed to say getting flaxseed oil since it is mainly ALA which this alpha linoleic acid which has to be converted as well a lot of people don't realize this concept
10:59 Mike won’t be able to afford the yacht payments if I can’t find where to watch him😂
Took fish oil for a week and turned into a fish and peeing oil. True story
Damn, how do you clean your oily toilet bowel?
Do u like fish sticks
That makes you a gay fish
Tren and Sustanon 250 works pretty well if you dont respond to that then at least you know nothing is going to work and you will save yourself a load of money on expensive supplements 😊
Tren hard, eat clen
Anava give up
Dbol gives the most pounds for your buck in the beginning 😂
Fish oil isn't going to make me into Godzilla? I have been lied to.
2:54 he’s ok
One big problem with a lot of these studies they released is the supplements that use in a lot of cases not all but in a lot of cases are either store-bought or cheaply made supplements which are really just crap and a waste of your money never buy store brand supplements always go with higher quality the cost is well worth it just look out for fillers and extra ingredients that should not be there and this will help you get a much better absorption and effective use out of supplements😊
You can't trust a censored AI, like GPT, when dealing with "controversial" themes.
If anyone wants a really good multivitamin for athletes or anyone who is very active like myself the NOW brand sport multivitamin has no fillers or crap and has things to support your activity levels and I've been using it for years and it works great
How about IGF spray? The claim is that it is entirely natural and simply boosts your body's own production of IGF without any side effects, as your body is already responsible for producing it What do you think about this?
Sarms like IGF secretagogs also activate the pathways responsible for production of GH and those are absolutely not natty
I am now 58 years old but can still fight with kyokushin colleagues and give em a hard time. Why and howcome?? I as a so called bodybuilder i realized that as a doctor i only ...need salmon ,lean meat and eggs.i balanced this with vegetables half half At night sweet potatoes...if i do legs n back and after fighting The problem with these supplements is that its mostly bs. The only thing that genuinely grew me was ecdyasterone, the only thing that gave me energy was creatine and tongkat. I tried all kinds of shit but this in its original forms is not like the ones i used in 2000. So i stick to high quantity and quality of food. Unfortunately once you hit 65 years then you need to check your calc magn potassium etc - your kidney knee cartilidge spine cognition will go down. Is it safe to take trt then : yes and also high anti arthritic meds and make sure you once a month take vit b complex injections.
The question is just wrong. "Which supplements are the most bang for your buck" misses the point that the vast majority have no effect at all in most cases.
Fish oil isn't gonna turn me into the "Sea King" off one punch man? Dang bro. Lol but nah no supplement will work until you get your diet and training down pact and even then we all respond differently so the studies are beneficial to the mass but never conclusive to all.
Creapure is made in germany not in the usa
Mike to program newest version of chat GPT 😂
… BUT WHAT ABOUT WHAT WE ALL WANT TO KNOW? THE REAL SUPPLEMENTS
The best supplement is eating chipotle every day
I lost 20 pounds eating a chipotle bowl a day. I’m in debt but I look good
TMG betaine anhydrous should be on there too💪
Why
@@bobbypukes605 for hypertrophy, MPS, it’s often in preworkouts too anyways, also nearly same as beet root juice except includes methyl groups; increases affect of Creatine, thus allowing more sets & reps, it’s also a methyl donor so reducing homocysteine & reduction in stress linked to better performance as well as longevity; check it out yourself with a simple google search, many human RCT studies listed NIH as well as discussed by dr lane norton, Thomas delauyer, dr Brad stanfield, some pretty factual folks, but I’ve anecdotally noticed a significant improvement in my composition since starting it, namely decrease in body fat and increase in muscle mass while maintaining weight (recomp) while on the exact same diet & exercise b4/after.
@@bobbypukes605a study showed 3-6 grams daily can help with fat loss while gaining muscle at a greater rate on both fronts.
@@bobbypukes605bc it helps muscle growth…
Whyyyy
Tren maybe?
What about sarms
Not natural, too many known and unknown adverse and side effects
Anyone know what I can take for inflammation for my legs and hands
I do cold baths
Turmeric, and omega 3s may help
Got nothing from Creatinine. Amino supplements nothing. MVI ok that helps. Shakes maybe. I know of no great supplements period.
I feel good with pre workout in the am but no benefit.
I think I’ll try fish oil with vitamin C for some energy.
A certain percentage of people don’t get any benefit from creatine, I think it’s like 20%
Creatine* you probably took the wrong stuff. Also creatine does make a difference in the strength department 100%
@@TrapKingz. thanks fir correcting the spelling. Do you not believe there are non responders?
@@DNYS8N i believe non responders already had high levels of creatine to begin with
Been on creatine for 5 weeks, starting to have hair lost...
Did you end up finding it?
Been on creatine for over a year, no hair loss here
Been on creatine for 50 years, it has reversed my aging by 30 years and girls flock to me as I'm bench pressing 950 pounds...
Don’t blame the creatine lmao blame your genetics
Lifting weights, building muscle and decreasing body fat can lead to testosterone increases. More testosterone can speed up hair loss. Creatine helps with those things…so…
I wasn't aware creatine gives energy🤨
The main benefit is that it gives ur muscles more energy
he was talking about the product "pre-workout"
What? Its the purpose of creatine
Yeah but consuming it before a workout makes no difference
@@rob-son of course not. A slight improve is to take it afterwards
the united states and china are very similar in life expectancy and america has MASSIVE amounts of health issues surrounding our food intake so while i appreciate your skepticism of chinese food products i think it may be a bit exaggerated.. america is a cesspool of unregulated capitalist schemes
While I agree with you, if you take a look at other things separating our countries and I'm not talking through propaganda or media, but a realistic look at aspects like infrastructure, homelessness, geopolitical relations, etc. You would come to the understanding that objectively US sourced product is better than Chinese sourced products.
@@thebonk7138 no i wouldnt.. given US vs Chinese resources, china has not only brought more people out of poverty than any nation ever in the history of earth, they are doing it without 800+ military bases. When you compare two countries and ignore their resources and population you do nothing of use

Ask yourself are you going to drink powders the rest of your life? why are you not able to get your proteins from natural foods? The body can only use so much protein at once in regards to guzzling high protein powturds.
Preworkout: Coffee
Postworkout: orange juice
simple
Not true. Nothing wrong with whey protein. It's a convenience
@@jamesr3137 look up studies associated with consumption of whey protein and it effects on kidney function long term. No i didnt find one article and adopted this notion. Its a prevalent issue. Its one thing to use it to get a boost or sparingly its another to religiously consume it daily for decades.
@@jamesr3137 do a metanalysis of studies in regards to the effects of whey protein on the kidneys long term. You may change your mind. Its one thing to use it sparingly its another to use it daily for decades.
Yes, use the most optimal time for your muscles to take in protein with a glass of orange juice, well said sir.
Please stop with the only so much protein can be absorbed bullshit, that has been debunked so many times. Shut the hell up.
