I have to admit, the dishwasher made my jaw drop! ❤ Awesome! Sounds silly, but that is a big plus! Dishwashers are more frugal with water usage, and the ones that heat the water to over 130° are actually a safety feature! Beautiful RV!

I have looked at all of your videos and some of them over and over and over again. I went to camping world in Greenville North Carolina the new one the Forest River camping world and looked at a couple of campers that I've seen you do online and I have to tell you I really want to see this one in person. I just have a couple of things I would like to see more outlets in the kitchen and in the half bath I would rather see that as a laundry room with maybe a toilet and sink. That way you free up the walk-in closet in the back just for clothes and shoes
Now this is a unit you can live in. It’s about a 97% so let’s do the dislikes. Really bad place to put the auto leveling and the kitchen garbage can should be by the stove or sink. They also could’ve done cabinets across the back over the window. As for personal preference, I wish the slide floor matched the main and I would prefer fabric on the sofa or else make a furniture version of the marine flooring in the same colour. For all I like, I’ll highlight a few. First, that’s the best looking storage garage I’ve ever seen. I’ve only ever seen black or grey, but the white makes it bright. The WD and bathroom are in the front and the kitchen’s in the back, yet there was only ONE dump!!!! WHAT????? Mind blowing. That’s the most storage I’ve seen in a 1/2 bath and that front closet was made for hide ‘n seek. Ready or not, here I come!

@philipforder9183 I haven’t heard pricing info yet so I can’t speak as to whether or not what you’ve said is correct, but I’ve NEVER heard of a 50% discount from MSRP on a luxury rv. I’ve seen some crazy show prices where a show unit with an msrp of around $170k was show priced around $96k (about 43% discount) but never $204k to $100k which would be a 51% discount. That’s a hell of a deal! But moving on from pricing….. “far inferior” is highly subjective to a degree, so I’d say that yes, $100k for another unit may not be as good of a deal as $100k for this unit, the true worst case scenario would be the consumer who paid $204k for THIS unit. Because thats actually comparing apples to apples.
Hey Hunter - Happy New Year! Well, you asked for comments….. 1. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the sage cabinets! My only wish is that they went to the ceiling in the kitchen. 2. That sofa colour is absolutely jarring with the rest of the colour palette! To compliment the sage and the wood colours, you need a cool colour; white, the wood colour, or greige would all work. 3. The closet confuses me. You stepped in and showed us what was at the back, and there were two hanging rods at 90 degree angles. There was not a lot of room between the wall and the rod that ran along the front cap wall, so how are you supposed to hang, let alone get to the clothes on the other rack? I think I would have to see clothes on hangers in there to believe that was on any value and I feel the same way about the closet rod behind the laundry stack. The space looks very compromised. 4. Floor vents: they are the bane of my existence and you can’t tell me that they can’t make it work like almost every high end company has by now! I understand that it adds a turn, but everybody else’s engineers have figured it out, so I am confused by this. Sorry to rant a bit, but some of these are so simple to see that I just don’t understand. To end on a bright note, however, I do really adore that sage colour on the cabinets!
Eh….every time a manufacturer does dual sinks in the master bathroom you end up losing a significant amount of counter space and a huge amount of storage. Many manu’s will forgo medicine cabinets all together at dual sinks and hang a single large mirror. When they don’t scrap the medicine cabinets, then they hang one small one in between the sinks IF there is room. So now you lose at least half of the medicine cabinet storage space on the wall and when you double up on the sinks, you lose at least twice the amount of under sink storage. I’ve seen multiple layouts where the second sink is parallel to the toilet and barely accessible. 👎🏼 This rv has two bathrooms, if one or both of you is a sink hog and you actually both NEED to use the sink at the same time, for an extended period of time…one of you could use the other bathroom sink. People think they need two sinks but I’ve watched several hundred rv vids and walked 150+ units at shows and have yet to see a dual sink set up with adequate storage. The storage is far more important to most than the second sink. In this specific unit, I’d just hang smaller mirrors on the walls running perpendicular to the cabinets. That way someone could stand to the left or right side of the sink and utilize a mirror for make up application, shaving, hair styling, etc. as those are typically done at the sink due to convenient mirror placement. If someone has a partner who is particularly messy- have them set up shop in the smaller, second bath. Whether it’s a woman with a hoard of make up products and tools and hair styling gadgets, or a man who is a messy facial shaver or whatever the case may be.
