Hinahayaan lang palagi ni Senator Bato na magsalita ang mga legal council ng KOJC kahit na may some sort of pambabastos at out of context na ang sagot sa mga tanong. Despite that Gen. Torre already presented to the committee ang mga videos na pinapakita ang panununtok ng KOJC supporter, paggamit ng fire extinguisher sa PNP, pagtapon ng malaking bato, pagcontrol sa mga kwarto na pwedeng pasukan ng PNP, still Sen.
