What are you trying to teach? There are 84 thousand mental stations to tune to and one of them is anger for example. What that means is if 84 thousand mental conditions are the tides for a mind to surfs on them thus just like the highest tide lifts a boat at its highest height and becomes most obvious so are the behaviours for which each needs be dealt with the right kind of practice to be adopted. That is why Shakkya Muni taught 84 thousand BIPAASANAA methods and no more no less.
Worship only the lord buddha shakyamuni because his paradise can take in 8 billion people. He is the only saviour not his followers who became his teachers. You must hold a paradise first before accepting followers.
My birth date is 12 sept 1987 My wife birth date is 14 October 1998 My mom birth date is 1965 It's 1 year 4 month is my marriage But wife don't want to leave with my mom she don't respect she has rude behavior for mom she don't want any kind of interfare in her job from mom and mom is only upset she don't reply she feel sad inside I explained meny times my wife but no benifit Why is this What should do I I am all time sad from inside not happy with this kind of life we have also daughter of 4 month
Hey Rex, I’m so sorry to hear that you are going through this. Would you like me to offer some words to you with respect for your family? I have studied so many things especially anything to do with relationships and come from a Buddhist family myself. If you say yes maybe I can offer my support to you 🤝
@@tony-st7wb It sounds like to me Rex that your wife has trouble communicating what she is feeling, because if she is showing these behaviours.. that means there are thoughts that she has in her mind that are influencing these behaviours. Sometimes when your in situations you don't want to be in, you want to explain and help, but in this case Rex I advise you to understand your wife. Don't impose your ideas on her, as she will feel trapped and even more sad. You want to empower her voice, make her feel heard. This will let you know her true fears about your mum, and even guide you on the next best steps forward. But without truly understanding, you can't make any quick decisions. In terms of your daughter :) What are your worries with her? I believe if you take things step by step and not overly reacting but making small differences your circumstances can be changed. What do you think? Is there anything that comes into mind?
@@SweetMacaroons first of all I would like to thank you and I am very happy you replied me Yes there is something on my mind like I don't say my wife is bad she is good but talking census like frankly she speaks Frankly openly and sometime it seems big sounds like aggressive voice because of she is used to speak like this but another word mom is slow peace mind I mean she don't have habits to hear like this kind of tone that's why she go nervous and feel sad inside. And the biggest things in my mind is weather these two get the house zodiac or not is it happening because of the zodiac?
I would rather read a book written by an excellent dead guru...than have a personal relationship with a mediocre living guru. All a person can transmit to another are words. Enlightenment isn't made out of information.

Just lead the breath in to the chakra, concentration on how deep you can feel the directed chi energy. You work your lungs with your mind.
I've been trying to learn about the breath. Wim Hof has a good routine he does, he is a rather popular person with breath work.
