sounds cold natured,i love the whole thing bet its gonna look awesome when completed with the running boards on it,you going with bumpers ? maybe a black chrome or something,not a solid chrome,i had two bugs back in the 80's back when you could pick one up for 500.00 yep.my friend was going to sell me a 57 oval for 500 but we had to move 4 other bugs with flats to get it out and its hot as hell in tx so he was too lazy,wish i would have went to the bank and got another 500 and said look bastard heres a grand now lets do this haha.oh well,wish in one hand and shit in the other and see which one fills up first.quote fr; bad santa the first one lol,nice bug man,best its fast.
With all due respect sir, I stated was a beautiful effort... as far my comments on on performance... if it's out of tune due to computer tuning, or for what ever reason, why, for what good reason would you sit there and Rev on the engine for two or so minutes, trying to get it to run, when you know it won't...??? As far as my abilities, I've held a master's license for thirty years, in auto performance, done quite a bit of work with performance shops around the Houston area, and all you had to say was its not finished, or tuned.... Please don't condescend, when you don't possess the ability.... I wish you nothing but success...
once again you don't have all the info before you make statements. I'm not the one in the car that would be the owner doing the reving. how ever I am the one that did all the paint and body work and set the body on the chassis. thank you for the kind words on my work. thanks Aaron.
it appears to be a beautiful vehicle... Paint, Liquid chrome... How come these people can't t ake a lesson in basic engine performance and driveability..??? The thing runs terrible... won't idle, or R.P.M. ... Wtf ...?? kinda embarrassed for the guy...
+Robert Stevenson, I know it may be hard for you to figure out but if you notice the car is not done in this video. The tune in the computer was just to get the car running and get a base line. Sorry if this engine is a little more then just basic engine stuff to you! And if you really want to see what the car is like finished please come check it out at bug a palooza April 16-17 2016. what are the engine specs?
it's not a Porsche shroud, it's just a different style VW shroud without vents called a Ram Air
Centre mounted fan shroud with remote oil cooler. Then it has a blow through turbo setup with EFI injection if I'm right.
