Yes, two winding keys and two winding boxes. They are released simultaneously by the front latch, which is unique to both cylinders, and work in perfect harmony. A fantastic technical work by Sankyo.
At 0.23 seconds you see the two locks next to the controllers and on the front of the box the normal lock.
