Few years ago Gazprom bild a new broadcasting center for NTV and now they are in the process of moving out of Ostankino
But for the Russian viewers, if you try to get Channel One Russia using antennas/Russia Cable/Satellite, it's still getting you Russian language I guess? It can't be broadcasted in English.
