Lol, even having used these arrows regularly, some of them still surprise me once I'm focusing on them in a controlled environment. I didn't know that about D&D! I like all the little references to things Enai puts in his names for things.
Man these are so helpful. I’m always surprised how many perks I’ve not done a full deep dive in until I watch one of your tutorials. Also I dig the music.
Glad they're helpful! When I play, I'm always trying to keep an eye out for complicated things that I can explain for folks to get more out of the game. And of course you gotta rock out while sploding everything!
Thanks for the video. I have used al the arrows except the Maze arrows as I could not see a scenario where I would use them. But watching your video I did think that a thief may use them. The others would be very useful playing a combat archer rather than a stealth archer. I have used the Arcane Archer Arrows for that but with a much larger area of effect on these arrows would be a bigger advantage.
Very welcome! Yes, I can see the Maze arrows being very useful for sneak-archery when you're not one-shotting enemies. The Arcane Archer arrows look very cool, and are pretty impressive visually when they hit, but *really* fall off in terms of power early on in a playthrough, so usually feel disappointing to use. These ones just scale so much better.
I wish ordinator also added a few trick bolts for crossbow lovers. I know they already have the exploding bolts in the three elemental flavors and the corkbulb one from rare curios, but there's just way too much extra stuff for arrows compared to bolts
The poor old crossbow does tend to be underserved in Skyrim. I don't use it much myself, preferring the the bow for the stealth archer, but still the crossbowman should have access to them.
Yeah, it seems that crossbows are a bit neglected in Ordinator. But, outside of Ordinator, crossbows have some pretty big advantages of their own. They have higher damage numbers than bows of the same material, and ignore armor (50% IIRC). Also, if you have a dodge mod like TK Dodge installed, you can cancel the reload animation with a roll, and be ready to shoot again very quickly. You can also buff them through the roof with crafting skills on top of all that.
The body may be frozen into place but the AI does still move around. There is a spell in Glamoril that freezes a target in place and the AI will still be running around.
There are a few ways to do it, but I use the All Geared Up Derivative (AllGUD) mod. Takes a good amount of setup if you have alot of modded weapons and shields. www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/28833 The best way to do it now is with Immersive Equipment Displays (IED). It doesn't require mesh generation or anything else, and it has an in-game pop-up to manage positions. www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/62001
Here's what the Dwarven Arrows look like: Nuclear Explosion
Also, Maze is a D&D spell!

@codypillman ok, thanks, glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing it. I've seen it in other spells too
Hey man, what mod puts the shield on your back for PC?
