First visited Cap H in 1975, Boy has it changed, in 75, it was natural, clean and isolated, bush turkies, snakes and plenty of fish with a handful of tourists, well done you guys.

Great spot there! Last time I camped there my hilux did a wheel bearing on the way in and I had to get tow trucked back to town the next day 🤦🏼♀️ not far for me as I live in Mackay.
The loud noise in the bush, those animals are cicadas.

Good stuff gang , you two are living the dream. I don’t know what it is , but I don’t see the caravan parks and places you visit being jam packed with people up in Qld like they always are in NSW . I think it has something to do with Qld having a longer coastline and being less populated than NSW . I think i might have to move to sunny Queensland some day 🤔.
