    Sir, very well explained. but for the molarity of Na2 EDTA the simple formula is m = wt. of granulated zinc in gm divided by milliequivalent of Zn (ie 0.0654) divided by volume of EDTA into dilution factor. [m=w/0.0654*v*10]

    Sir, 1000 ml 1(N) edta =372.24 g.
    And for edta 1(N)=2(M)
    So 1000 ml 2(M) edta =372.24 g
    1000 ml 1(M) edta = 372.24÷2 =186.12 g
    But how is it 372.24 g for 1000 ml 1(M) edta solution ? Sir, please solve my doubt.

      Ideally you have to perform. But you can directly perform titration if weighing is perfectly done.

      Take 6g and dissolve in distilled water and make up.the volume up to 100mL. It will be 6% w/v
