Yeah truly one of those great indie bands from the 2013-2019 era that never popped, but had a great discography and dedicated fanbase. Nostalgic as hell

Funeral bed is my favorite, saw em live once at a club. They only played a couple songs. Funeral bed was 10/10!

Have been coming back to this video for years. Saw them live the other week and it was fucking incredible. Will be coming back to this a lot more now.
Man I fuckin love these guys but I do feel like his voice has really changed over the years. I loved the raw passion in his voice from the early days (i.e. lyla & funeral beds live videos from 2013) This is good but it just sounds a lot more muffled. He has so much natural talent

his guitar skill has DEFINITELY improved tho without a doubt, his vocals are still there for sure but he seems like he's just balancing the two
Just the mix and his Mic is turned down pretty low. I'm also sure this is in the middle of a long ass tour. Seen them open for Modest Mouse andTheir new stuff is killing it.

It sounds way better live when you’re about two feet from they’re amps .
That's why they need some bigger amps. More and more bands are moving to these little 15w amps but sonically it doesn't always work. You can only pull so much volume from those amps.
Except that the soundguys know what they're doing. This is not a basement show.

I love this band but 52:40 onwards is a fucking mess.
I like this band but there is just something about them that I don't like. Does that make sense? Its like they have good moments and I like their sound, but the songs just don't do it for me.
