Hat Yai City in Thailand - Things to do / Places to Visit / Smart tourism
Created in 1984, Diana was the first department store opened in the province of Songkhla.
But in 2013, one competitor arrived and settled just beside... Central Festival. And now, with the Covid, it is a pity to notice that, on sunday, it is almost empty. In this department store, you can find many international shoes and clothings brands, but also some low cost shops as Mr DIY or FN. There is also a food court and a small supermarket.

แต่ในปี 2556 คู่แข่งคนหนึ่งมาถึงและตั้งรกรากอยู่ข้าง ... เทศกาลกลาง และตอนนี้กับโควิดิด์มันน่าเสียดายที่จะสังเกตเห็นว่าในวันอาทิตย์มันว่างเปล่า ในห้างสรรพสินค้านี้คุณสามารถค้นหารองเท้าและเสื้อผ้าต่างประเทศจำนวนมาก แต่ยังมีร้านค้าต้นทุนต่ำในขณะที่ Mr DIY หรือ FN นอกจากนี้ยังมีสนามอาหารและซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดเล็ก

Créée en 1984, Diana a été le premier grand magasin ouvert dans la province de Songkhla.
Mais en 2013, un concurrent est arrivé et s'est installé juste à côté ... Festival central. Et maintenant, avec le Covid, il est dommage de remarquer que, dimanche, il est presque vide. Dans ce grand magasin, vous pouvez trouver de nombreuses marques internationales de chaussures et de vêtements, mais aussi des magasins à bas prix en tant que M. Diy ou FN. Il y a aussi une aire de restauration et un petit supermarché.

I will visit Diana Shopping Mall when everytime I come to Hatyai for Holiday...I am from Singapore and Hatyai is my favourite holiday destination...🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

ย้อนไปเมื่อกว่า 30 ปีที่แล้ว นี่คือห้างแรกที่เรารุ้จัก และเข้าไปเดิน ตื่นเต้นมากมาย
Thank you for watching. I am not a fan of malls, but i'd never yet visited this one. Many people had told me that, before the opening of Central Festival and also before Covid, it was really the place to go for locals. I must admit that i was shocked today when visiting... It is deserted. The building is not old, the shops are very modern and neat and the products are from international brands. I really hope for the sellers that this situation will recover soon with the opening of the borders.
Nice to see this place in Hat Yai. Due to a short business trip for a day, missed to fully explore this cute town. Will explore more during another visit
@@AnhBaAnDo There are many shopping centers or department stores in Hat Yai. I go there from time to time, but there are so many other places, cheaper and more traditional. It is better to support local small business.
Hat Yai is a crossroads and as so, it is multicultural: Thais from south, Chinese Thais, Malaysians, Singaporians and some expats ;) . That's why i live in Hat Yai

Is it easy to come in from Phuket to visit for a day?
I've never traveled from Phuket to Hat Yai. I just know that it takes about 7 hours by road.
There is an important Bus Terminal in Hat Yai with bus and minivan, and same in Phuket.

At Hat Yai bus terminal, many tuk tuk are waiting to take visitors to Diana or any other shop ;)
