8:00 Dr Hartman and Carter Pewterschmidt are actually both voiced by Seth MacFarlane, so the joke here is that even he with his amazing voice acting talents can only do so many voices before they start sounding similar. Just thought I'd point that out as I find it to be a pretty great meta-joke.
Between Peter, Stewie, Brian, Carter, Hartman, Tom Tucker, Glenn Quagmire, Stan Smith, Roger Smith (and all his various personas 😓), plus a number of ancillary one off characters; Seth’s got a pretty good range. And he’s able to sing in most of those voices as well.

I'm an ER nurse. You'd be surprised how many people are frequently in the hospital. I've seen patients come to the Emergency Room 4--5 times in 24 hours.
Anyway, keep up the good work, I really enjoy your channel.

11:38 in case you couldn't tell that was Stewie and he is infact pregnant. He used Brian's DNA and a machine to impregnate himself. He later in the episode gives birth to about 6 babies that are part human and part dog. Most of which die.
