The first flex cable is for LCD.You didnt really need to clean that unless you have a problem with white screen or flickering image. The second smaller flex is for touch.Thats what fixed it.
Thanks. I followed your video as a tech person and found solution to my daughter's Tab problem. Almost all the flex have removed as a result of throwing the tablet everywhere.
I'm currently following this tutorial to fix my tablet, but just to let anybody who has this problem know, you can still operate your tablet even if you can't use the touchscree. You can plug a computer mouse via the same micro USB port used for charging if you use an adaptor or directly to the port if your tablet has USB C. Or use a wireless mouse connecting it via Bluetooth. That way you can use your tablet in a way similar to a PC, with a mouse cursor on the screen appearing automatically. Then, if you want, you can activate the Google assistant (ore any assistant in your tablet) which will allow you to operate your tablet entirelly with voice commands

Grandissimo! Mio figlio l'aveva fatto cadere a scuola e non andava più il touch screen. Pulito i connettori come nel video (ma probabilmente erano solo da reinserire correttamente) and now everything works fine. Thanks!

Try the steps in the video, if it doesn't help connect a usb mouse and do a factory reset. (backup your data first) and if this won't help, replace your touch glass.
same problem my tablet screen broke after i dropped it And the half is working and the other is not but i was unlucky the half who did not working was the side who has the passcode screen so i cant type the passcode

@@CrocFIX we've got 2 ACTAB2021 and the touch as both stopped working . One works a bit if you use all your forearm on it to get to the pattern unlock screen but then it doesn't recognize your touch when you use your fingers ??
Sorry not saying this would not work if you know what you are doing but if i take the back of my tablet and tryed to do this i would end up blowing the house
If the touch is broken, replace. If it's not, try same steps you have seen in this video tutorial. If it doesn't help, try connecting a wireless bluetooth mous or a mouse with micro USB OTG cable and reset your tablet (save your important data first). Good luck
