Hell Idk shiz about the books but I know this show is one of the greatest television experiences of my life. The music and acting ( other than sandsnakes ) was amazing! Loved it.

absolutely fucking epic stuff... why hbo didnt hire thomas bergersen for game of thrones is an absolute loss...he has been my favourite composer for a long time... this track protectors of the earth fits this scene absolutely perfectly... also it would have fitted perfectly to danerys destroying the iron fleet in with only drogon in season 7.
Come to think of it, NK could have ordered his dead army to swamp the living defenders in one swoop. That would have ended all the heroes life in one episode! He too was waiting for the dragons to come & kill & raise up a couple of dead dragons to solidify his army. Thats why the dead army attacked in batches and not in swamping style like the final battle. 😁

To be honest if the show hadn't been made, no one would know about the books. It's not the fault of show makers that the writer could not deliver the script on time for later shows
