When i open the game so they ask me for age and i tell, and then i start it so it was new account so how i will get my old account

i signed in with an email then the account swapped with my old dls now dont where to find my previous
Do not clear the DLS 24 app data
Try to add that new account you got back after the Gmail swap stuff to another new phone
Now from that new phone sign out your old phone
Then DLS 24 will inform you that you've been logged out of that account just click create new profile
Then your previous account will show up
How will i receive the ID? Though have created another account, will i still get it?
In the video I explained this you're supposed to have a screenshot of that account like the account details
The ID is it for the current account or the one the needs to be recovered

It is me. Pls imwas playing with the game when someone told me that if I connect my game to goggle I will no lose it again. So I connected and then they told me to restart and I started panicking so I deleted the game and downloaded it back it still showed me the same thing.

Now check your Gmail regularly as FTG will reply you via your Gmail account

Just login that Google account in your device and connect it to Google

@@dontechie this is the problem i really don't know that, but before reset when i reinstall game it automatically connect with my account but after reset old account losted.
That's the same issue one guy had like that
And he said he contacted FTG and they told him that they don't have the account on their system
