If she did, it might be a retcon but I can deal with that because it's believable when she mentioned this(without the specifics though) to Debbie a few years ago she aged herself up so Debbie wouldn't have to be as upset.
It does seem bad - but from his perceptive I can...kind of understand. Charity has done so much shit over the years and often she didn't take Noah's well being into consideration whilst doing all of that. So to him it's probably a bit overwhelming and he has a lot of issues with Charity which is he isn't showing a lot of loyalty or empathy to her. He does look bad next to Jacob who handled Tracey's order with so much kindness and maturity - but Tracy wasn't his mum and he didn't have a whole history with her.
I think Debbie is a few months or a year older than Ryan. I believe Charity got pregnant pretty soon into what Bails did to her and then he was a premature birth so he wasn't full term. Goes Debbie, Ryan, Noah, and now Moses.
