      Diesel

@@shantiblowers I just unlocked my instantly by using muriatic acid. It doesn’t harm the seals or the metal but if you have an aluminum pipes or air filter housing take it off first. Thank you for your response I heard diesel will unlock it. But mine was to rusty for diesel to work fast. So that acid unlocks it instantly

It's wrong .. because the lobe gaps is damage while you're punching

How could someone with the name TRUSTED BLOWER SOLUTIONS not know, it's close to impossible for an aluminum (hardness Rb 63.5) pipe to damage the steel (hardness Rb 91.3) impellers. Although it doesn't look professional, this is how things are done by self trained 3rd world field techs trying to keep equipment running. Also, it looks to me like the field tech was aware of the position of his improvised punch to avoid directly impacting the impeller lobes.

Oh my goodness. If it won’t turn freely then most probably you have bearing issues. Overhauling is the solution. Your making it more worst.

      This is not bearings problem,

If not then I think you are the problem 😅

If you can't see it is clearly a corrosion issue there is no hope for you. Although it doesn't look professional, this is how things are done in the field by people trying to keep equipment running.
