Super cute. Love the head; I've used and seen something sort of similar for smaller chibi sorts of designs. But this is larger and has a slightly different look (and I think yours is technically a bit easier as well, win!). It's adorable!

Could you take a 160 and put a little air tie then push air to the length of the balloon and use that
