I never see Rashid CA because of how often Rashid uses lvl 2. Kind of a sick finisher though

different style, and also when you use lvl3 with combo, it just 4200dmg, and with lvl2, you can also have close dmg
but you may just have one chance of lvl3 during the game ,but you can have at least 2(sometimes 3) chance to do lvl2
