Raila and ruto first fell in love last year. We could read the signs because they had a brief P.D.A (Public Display of Affection) when together they attended that sports function. We could see the Love in their eyes. The two committed to one another by getting engaged towards the end of June' 2023. Then they went back into hibernation as Raila started behaving like a secret "gachugwa" "ga-sweetie".
This morning, Tues 9th July' 2024, they OFFICIALLY & PUBLICLY FULLY committed to one another by taking their vows at the famous KICC. They no longer have to hide their relationship. And Raila no longer has to behave like a mpango-wa-kando. They are now legally married.
