Love the video and great information. I am a stability shoe runner (knee) and like firmer shoes. How firm is the Fresh Foam X in the 860 v13? is it comparable to Asics FlyteFoam Propel? Is the shoe more stable than the Asics GT 2000 v12 or 4000 V3 (my current shoe)?

I’d say 860v13 is much more stable than GT2000. Not tried or seen the GT4000 (that’s a very rare beast, at least in UK)

That is very helpful. Black Friday sales begin tomorrow here (South Carolina) and I wanted to get a new pair of trainers. If you don't mind, one more question. Between the 860 and the Brooks 22, which would you consider a firmer, more stable ride? @@marathonhandbook

Trainer v2 took a few miles to get used to but after that I did all my sessions in it pre Berlin marathon this year.
