Why echo of obscurity you can use finishers in pvp is it for the 10 recovery?
Pretty much just the recovery bro

Offsets the -10 Recovery from Echo of Vigilance
Such low resilience 😢 I’m afraid to run that low lol. Triple 💯 tho 😃
most resilience gating happens at 3
18 is trash but 30 will do
Gotta never go below 20 resil

How does heal clip and vigilance frag work together
I think he only put them in because of the increase in statistics that it grants.

it was an old seasonal weapon
You can get it from the exotic quest you acquire dmt
