I work at a McDonald’s, and if the customers are waiting a long time we do offer them alternatives and free stuff etc. so the employee was actually really rude. Also the one with the woman saying about it being a 20 mile an hour limit and the guys zooming off. Again, the woman is right and zooming off is not polite!
