I bought this new. There was no recipe booklet with the instructions. I did remove the rubber ring that was on the lids screw

How do you access the instruction manual and maybe the recipe manual that came with the grill
The rubber piece is so you can get a grip and twist when installing. You can take it off and trash it after installing
