That int overturn and the unsportsmanlike penalty is what saved Oregon. Their defense is not good especially in the secondary. If that QB had better accuracy and Texas tech does not get the penalties Oregon looses this game easily.
I agree, Oregon’s secondary is not good. And Buffaloes’ D-line needs work. That kind of balances it out between these 2 teams. It’ll come down to which offense can put up more points on the board. I believe it’ll be a shout-out to the last second of the game.
Yeah. That is an absolute fact. Ducks have a lot of things to fix on both sides of the ball. Will be the first words out of Dans mouth in the interview. Offense needs to stop the False Start penalties. Defense has to tackle better in space. Special Teams will have to do a better job too. Letting that kick return dude get halfway down field is unacceptable. But there was better pressure on the QB which created that Pick-6 by Dorlus. That could not have come at a better time. Certain these issues will be fixed before Conference play in 2 weeks, and Colorado. Need to be a fine tuned, well oiled machine at that point. A heart-stopping win to say the least.

SEC Fan here -- I thought it was a little strange how a Pac-12 officiating crew would have to doll out (deservedly) so many penalties for Oregon. Even then, Oregon played a subpar game by their standards and still managed to eek out a win. Texas Tech is as sloppy as they are scrappy. I am starting to think Shough's leave was less about finding a better team and more about Oregon looking for a better QB.

Ducks fan here . Great win in a hostile environment and I was concerned going into this game . That being said , the Ducks just didn’t look great . They need to clean up many things like their defensive speed (not solvable ) and their secondary looked shaky and their offense never really got into their flow . It’s concerning moving forward against teams like Washington and usc
