the way you feel about snapchat is the way i feel about instagram, like i have insta for a bit then i delete it like after cus i just dont go on it and like i only go on if i need to post or like idek. but the feed on insta instead of that i use pintrest i loveeeee pintrest its so addidcting and it dosent make me feel as insecure as insta and ik so many people who delete insta at times and it helps alot i think. snapchat is so fun but i do agree like there is alot of pointless things that people care about like the weird put me on your story or like a wcw which is women crush wesnday or like how ppl care about how many veiws they get on there stroy but its fun for like the memories and like private stroys. wow i just wrote a book. to anyone who really read this i love you
omg no I totally agree with u on snap. I haven’t had streaks in so long bc I was like what’s even the point of this it’s literally so stupid. I’ve had the same thought process as u like why would u send pictures of urself back and forth with ppl not having an actual conversation and most ppl snap ppl and then never talk to them irl. I only use it now to post on my private story with like maybe 15 ppl and I don’t even post a lot on that and to look at other friends private stories and I like having memories to save space but other than that I don’t snap ppl. someone could literally snap me like 5 times and they will be on my best friends list lmao
I agree with you about snapchat as well, for the most part. I hate the whole streak aspect but I do enjoy snap because it's a simple way to catch up with friends who have moved away or those I dont see as much anymore, even if its just sending our faces back in forth. Also, my boyfriend and I are about to be long distance and I know seeing his face every once in a while throughout my day, even though we'll message each other to have real conversations, will cheer up and help remind me that everything will be okay. As silly as it is, small things like that make me really happy
