準1級は1次だけS-CBTで合格しているのですが、2次は従来英検か、S-CBTどちらがいいとお考えですか？
S-CBTの方はそれぞれの回答に制限時間がありますので、焦ってしまうことがあります。こういう意味では従来型の方が良いかもしれませんね。

英語がスラスラ出てくるようにするにはどうしたら良いですか?
スラスラ出ない原因はだいたい「練習量不足」です。例えば準1級のQ&Aのサンプルアンサーを200回音読すれば、見なくてもスラスラ言えるようになるはずです。
