@@aastha.dua16 after purchasing the sofa i don't need after sales service as it delivered at my doorstep even in my room very carefully. After 1 year it's going good even most of the time i m doing work from home just lying on it for 4/5 hrs. The foam quality is good but the spring and band quality is not upto mark as it gets loose after 1 yrs and now whenever i sit on sofa specially on lounger part it gets down and feeling very sloppy. Other things are going good like fabric, stitching, wooden frame.
